The “narrowest” Blaze model (86 mm center width) offers an ideal combination of smooth “surfing” and light weight.

In addition to the proven 3D radius sidecut, the Blaze 86 is built with continuous tip-to-tail wood core. This not only saves weight and makes the ski more lively, but also eliminates the need for plastic inserts – a small but positive environmental aspect. For wind-blown, adverse snow conditions, the 86 model also incorporates wrap-around suspension elements in the shovel and tail. The elastic, rubber-like material on the shovel and ski tail acts like a bumper and provides more interference resistance and supportive lift.

For all-mountain skiers who want to go off-piste in a sporty way, classic freeriders or touring skiers who accept a weight of an additional 100 g for significantly improved handling characteristics, the Blaze 86 is a real recommendation!
